Geçmişten günümüze devletlerin ve toplumların yönetim ve yaşamsal süreçlerinin gelişmesinde; felsefi açıdan din ve ona dayalı faktörlerin çok önemli bir rolü olmuştur. Bu anlamda, geleneksel ve çağdaş liderlik ve yönetim kuramlarının da, birçok yönden dini felsefelerden etkilendiği ve etkilenmiş olduğu belirtilebilir. Bu temel görüşe dayanılarak, içinde bulunulan dönemde çağdaş liderlik ve yönetim tarzları ile yöntemleri de; din, ahlak, hukuk, ekonomi, tarih ve coğrafi gibi temel esaslar ekseninde biçimlenmektedir. Öte yandan bu hususların toplumların; tarihsel, geleneksel ve kültürel mirasından da şekillendiğini gözden uzak tutulmamalıdır. Bu nedenle, etkili liderlik ve yönetim yeteneği geliştirme bakımından ve bunu farklı felsefeler açısından ele almak gerekmektedir. Dolayısı ile aynı konunun, çağdaş liderlik ve yönetim kuramlarında yeni bakış açısı sağlama ve paradigmalar oluşturmasına önemli katkılar sağlayacağına inanılmaktadır. Şüphesiz ki, tarihsel sürece ayrıntılı ve derinlemesine bakılmaya ihtiyaç vardır. Bu anlamda, diğer dinlerde olduğu gibi, İslami felsefe sisteminin de kültürel dinamikler içerisinde; çağdaş liderlik ve yönetim kuramları üzerinde kayda değer etkiler yarattığının kaçınılmazdır ve özellikle altı çizilebilir. Bahse konu temel gerekçeler ve düşüncelere bakılarak, bu çalışma; çağdaş liderlik ve yönetim yaklaşımlarının, İslami felsefe bakış açısı altında ele alınarak, bir kıyaslama yapmak amacıyla geliştirilmiştir. Ayrıca, alana yapacağı katkı ise çalışmanın önemine işaret etmektedir. Çalışmanın araştırma kısmında, nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin elde edilmesinde ise İslami kayıt ve belge incelenmesine yönelik olarak doküman analizi yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda, çağdaş liderlik ve yönetim kuramları ile İslam düşünce sistemi arasında etkileşim olduğuna yönelik karşılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Buna ilaveten daha detaylı incelemeler ile değerlendirmeler ise, çalışmanın genelinde de tartışılmaktadır.

In the development of the management and vital processes of states and societies from past to present; from a philosophical point of view, religion and factors based on it have played a very important role. In this sense, it can be stated that traditional and contemporary leadership and management theories have been influenced and influenced by religious philosophies in many ways. Based on this basic view, in the current period; contemporary leadership and management styles and methods are also shaped on the axis of fundamental principles such as religion, morality, law, economy, history and geography. On the other hand, these issues, societies; it should not be overlooked that it is also shaped by its historical, traditional and cultural heritage. For this reason, it is necessary to consider it in terms of developing effective leadership and management skills and in terms of different philosophies. Therefore, it is believed that the same subject will make significant contributions to providing a new perspective and creating paradigms in contemporary leadership and management theories. Undoubtedly, there is a need for a detailed and in-depth look at the historical process. In this sense, as in other religions, within the cultural dynamics of the Islamic philosophy system; it is inevitable that it has significant effects on contemporary leadership and management theories, and it can be especially emphasized. Considering the main reasons and thoughts in question, this study; it has been developed in order to make a comparison of contemporary leadership and management approaches by considering them from the perspective of Islamic philosophy. In addition, its contribution to the field indicates the importance of the study. In the research part of the study, the qualitative research method was used. In obtaining the research data, the document analysis method was preferred for the examination of Islamic records and documents. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained in the research, it has been determined that there is an interaction between contemporary leadership and management theories and the Islamic thought system. In addition, more detailed examinations and evaluations are also discussed throughout the study.
