Summary
Technology and Design Course This is a course taught in the 7th and 8th grades of primary schools, which focuses on the technology and design process with its versatile dimensions. The Technology and Design course was started to be implemented in the 2006-2007 academic year, instead of the Business Education course, and the program was renewed in the 2017-2018 academic year. The aim of this study is to examine the course experiences of the Technology and Design Course teachers regarding the Technology and Design Course. The research carried out by using qualitative research method is in phenomenological design. The research was carried out with 15 Technology and Design course teachers selected with the maximum diversity sampling method in Ankara for the 2020-2021 academic year. The semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers was used in the study and analyzed with content analysis method. According to the findings of the study, the teachers conducted self critique on their general competencies of the teaching profession, provided opinions on motivation and the content of the program regarding their course experiences. As a result of the research; It was revealed that teachers felt inadequate in implementing the program and they did not have the general competencies of teaching profession and the special field of teaching technology and design course; students, parents and administrators had low motivation due to the lack of interest and respect towards the course, and the LGS exam anxiety reduced the student's interest in the course. In addition, it was stated that in the implementation of the program, especially the lack of a workshop compatible with the curriculum, insufficient equipment and lack of student materials greatly affect the course implementation, and there is little interest in the course in online education; the content of the course and the measurement and evaluation part should be arranged in accordance with online education.

Abstract
Teknoloji ve Tasarım Dersi İlköğretim okullarının 7 ve 8. sınıflarında okutulan, program içeriğinde teknoloji ve tasarım sürecini çok yönlü boyutlarıyla konu alan bir derstir. Teknoloji ve Tasarım dersi İş Eğitimi dersi yerine, 2006-2007 eğitim öğretim yılında uygulanmaya başlanmış ve 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında da programda yenilenme yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Teknoloji ve Tasarım Dersi öğretmenlerinin Teknoloji ve Tasarım Dersine ilişkin ders deneyimlerinin incelenmesidir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak yürütülen araştırma olgu bilim (fenomenolojik) desenindedir. Araştırma, 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Ankara’da maksimum çeşitlilik örneklem yöntemi ile seçilen 15 Teknoloji ve Tasarım Dersi öğretmeni ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmış ve içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre öğretmenler ders deneyimlerine ilişkin öğretmenlik mesleği genel yeterlikleri, motivasyon ve programın içeriği konusunda görüş bildirmişlerdir. Araştırma sonucunda; öğretmenlerin programı uygulama konusunda kendilerini yetersiz hissettikleri ve öğretmenlik mesleği genel ve özel alan yeterliklerini yerine getiremedikleri, öğrenci, veli ve yöneticilerin derse ilgi göstermemesinden ve dersin değersiz görülmesinden kaynaklı motivasyon düşüklüğü yaşadıkları, LGS sınav kaygısının öğrencinin derse olan ilgisini azalttığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca programın uygulanmasında özellikle müfredatla uyumlu atölyenin olmayışı, yetersiz donanım ve öğrenci malzemesi eksikliğinin ders uygulamasını oldukça etkilediği ve programın uzaktan eğitiminde derse az ilgi olduğu, ders içeriği ve ölçme ve değerlendirme kısmının uzaktan eğitime uygun düzenlenmesi gerekliliği belirtilmiştir.
