Abstract
Document analysis will be used to assess the research conducted in the fields of social work and art. The research method is a qualitative descriptive systematic review. Within the course of the research, studies conducted between January 2003 and September 2022 were extracted databases using predetermined criteria. Inductive analysis was utilized to provide a descriptive analysis for use in the study of the research data. We discuss the need of conducting a systematic review, as well as the approach and strategy that is utilized in this process. After that, we discuss the three overarching concepts that emerged from our examination of the information that we looked at earlier. Some of these included how to position social work practice by combining micro and macro thinking; how to develop leadership beyond verbal reasoning; and how to use art as a teaching tool. Others included how to position social work practice by combining micro and macro thinking. The findings are discussed in terms of the potential contributions that the arts might make to the challenges faced in social work. The systematic review demonstrates how difficult it is to weigh the data and come to a conclusion about how important the arts are in social work education due to the fact that these studies all use different methods. Art is effective in social work education. These two fields support each other. In this context, it is important to consider the findings of this analysis. In summary, the use of art in the social service will benefit social service.
