Summary
Relational energy is an organizational resource that positively affects the productivity of employees and that employees can store, reproduce and even use whenever they want. Although there has been an intense interest in the concept in the international literature recently, it has been observed that the number of publications in the national literature is limited. For this reason, the research aims to eliminate this deficiency and to translate the Relational Energy Scale, which was developed by Owens et al., (2016) within the framework of social contagion theory, into Turkish literature. The sample of the study consists of data collected from 224 participants by survey method. As a result of factor analysis, a five-item and one-factor measurement tool was obtained in accordance with the original scale. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, it was determined that the model had high fit values. The Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient and composite reliability values of the scale were determined as .96. As a result of the analyzes, findings regarding the validity and reliability of the scale were obtained.

Abstract
İlişkisel enerji; çalışanların verimliliğini olumlu yönde etkileyen, çalışanların depolayabileceği, çoğaltabileceği hatta istedikleri zaman kullanabilecekleri örgütsel bir kaynaktır. Son zamanlarda uluslararası yazında kavrama yönelik yoğun bir ilgi olmasına rağmen, ulusal literatürdeki yayın sayısının sınırlı seviyede olduğu görülmüştür. Bu nedenle araştırma, bu eksikliği ortadan kaldırmayı ve sosyal bulaşma kuramı çerçevesinde Owens vd., (2016) tarafından geliştirilen İlişkisel Enerji Ölçeği’ni Türkçe literatüre kazandırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemi, 224 katılımcıdan anket yöntemi ile toplanan verilerden meydana gelmektedir. Faktör analizi neticesinde, orijinal ölçekle uyumlu şekilde beş maddeli ve tek faktörlü bir ölçüm aracı elde edilmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda, modelin yüksek uyum değerlerine sahip olduğu saptanmıştır. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa katsayısı ve birleşik güvenirlik değerleri .96 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda, ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğuna ilişkin bulgular elde edilmiştir.
