Abstract


THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCALE OF SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING INCREASING STRATEGIES AT WORKPLACE
The aim of this study is to develop a measurement tool that measures subjective well-being strategies used at work. The study was carried out on a total of 318 adults aged 26-60, 145 female and 173 male residents of Eskisehir. Method: In the study, data were collected via the Life Satisfaction scale and open-ended questions. In addition, some reliability analyzes were performed with explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis in the study. Findings: According to the findings obtained without the study, a four-dimensional scale with 55.77% variance was obtained. The dimensions of the scale were named as "mental control", "establishing a positive relationship with the environment", "fulfilling the necessity of religious belief" and "satisfying the desires". Discussion and Conclusion: The reliability and validity values of the scale developed according to the analysis results are within the acceptable limits and the developed scale is given the name "Scale for Increasing the Subjective Well-being in Business Life". Various scales can be made on the progress of the developed scale and this scale can be used in subjective well-being aversion programs.
